We took to the field with 9 players. Tim and Witte struggled to make it to our home ground let alone hold a hockey stick so it’s not surprising we were 1-0 down at half time

1-0 down and really struggling at half time - worse was to in the second half when a monumental stuff up between Ben & Ruddy gifted them a second goal right before Jamie was sent off. *** Mental note Jamie owes the team 1x. ***

Our Old Melburnians’s spirit came to the fore (we can’t lose to High School!!) and George slotted one in from a short. Jamie then scored the equaliser with a one time shot from a good pass from Adam Campbell. The winner came just prior to Jamie’s second yellow card (beer time boys) with Ben cracking one past their goaly from the top right of the D.
